About the Job

• 10-15 hours/week

• We pay a living wage of $18/hour

• Our studio is located in North Buncombe County between Weaverville and Mars Hill (~20 minute drive from downtown Asheville).

• This is a non-sewing position. Tasks include materials preparation, hardware installation, screen printing assistance, and general help around the studio.

• No experience necessary— we’ll get you up to speed on everything you need to know! However, a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with your hands for several hours at a time are a must.

• We are suggesting a start date of May 10-20, but there is some flexibility. This is a permanent position, so our ideal candidate will hold this position through the end of the calendar year and hopefully beyond.

About Us

• We’re Rachel and Bo! We are husband and wife as well as business partners. Rachel started the business in 2008 and Bo joined in 2016.

• Our studio is located in our home but is separate from our living space.

• We have kitties! They like to take naps in the studio, so heads up if you have a cat allergy.
